Evie Fehilly

Founder & Director Lead Facilitator

Evie is a teacher, facilitator, performer, and leader whose work explores play, presence, and how people connect with themselves and one another.

Evie developed the Corporate Clown method and philosophy, which shapes how all workshops are designed and delivered. Her rigorous and distinctive approach to clown treats it as a practice of sensitivity, joy, and embracing failure.

  • Evie leads workshops that challenge individuals and teams to engage with greater openness, adaptability, and presence. Her mission is to bring radical kindness, softness, and joy into every workshop, creating the safety and freedom required for open, honest rooms in which deep, meaningful, and transformative work can take place.

    Her practice has been shaped by working with people with varied needs and experiences. The Corporate Clown method is responsive rather than fixed, allowing different forms of attention, pace, and participation to coexist.

    Evie holds a first-class MA in Directing and trained at École Philippe Gaulier in Paris. She has also studied with De Castro, Mick Barnfather, and Spymonkey. She has taught at leading UK drama schools, including the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), East 15 Acting School, and Rose Bruford College, as well as working extensively with community groups, using clown to help people connect more deeply with themselves and others.

    In addition to leading Corporate Clown, Evie is a multi-award-winning artist and performer, currently under commission with Relish Theatre and the BFI.

    Evie is joined by Harriet, Co-Founder and Business Director, and a team of expert facilitators trained in the Corporate Clown method.

  • Shea Wojtus

    Shea is a Corporate Clown facilitator working across performance, improvisation, and collaborative practice. With a background in physical theatre and devised work, she leads workshops that help teams build trust, sharpen communication, and embrace adaptability through play. Her facilitation focuses on presence, responsiveness, and shared risk, supporting participants to let go of perfection, stay with uncertainty, and develop more connected, creative ways of working together.

  • Gigi Zahir

    Gigi is a Corporate Clown facilitator working at the intersection of performance, play, and team dynamics. Drawing on a background in embodied practice and improvisation, they design and deliver workshops that help teams build trust, unlock creative thinking, and move more fluidly through uncertainty. Their approach centres on curiosity, responsiveness, and collective risk-taking, creating environments where participants can step outside patterns, support one another through failure, and develop more open, confident ways of working together.

  • Frankie Thompson

    Frankie is a Corporate Clown facilitator, comedy writer, and performer working in contemporary clowning and physical theatre. Known for her anarchic humour and sharp sense of timing, she brings a highly attuned awareness of audience and group dynamics into the room. Her workshops use play, improvisation, and physical exercises to help teams build trust, deepen listening, and respond more freely in the moment. She supports participants to loosen perfectionism, embrace risk, and develop more confident, connected ways of working together.
