Fun works.
Fun transforms.

Workshops that shift how teams think, connect, play, and create – together.

Our workshops for teams and organisations use clowning and embodied practice to improve communication, trust, and presence.

Adapted for your team’s needs, we operate in London, the UK, and internationally.

Clown is a way of being — not balloon animals and big shoes, but presence. It is you at your most playful, vulnerable, and responsive.

It’s not about trying to be funny — though it often is — but about being honest: in your body, in the moment, and with others.

Using exercises drawn from clowning, theatre and improvisation, we help teams become more attentive, responsive, compassionate, and resilient.

We create the conditions for people to open up — to each other and to themselves, replacing fear of mistakes with the ability to use them.

Our work is fully responsive to your team. We help them to:

— Reduce self-consciousness
— Increase attention and empathy to others
— Surface habitual patterns (hiding, overcompensating, disengaging)
— Build tolerance for failure
— Develop responsiveness and complicité (shared awareness and connection)

Our approach

Our facilitation is adaptive by design.

The structure of each workshop is developed according to the needs and goals of your team.

The workshop structure is clear to all participants from the outset, but sessions respond in real time to the energy of the room — holding when necessary, and pushing when needed.

Participants are invited to take risks, but are never forced.

Our corporate clowns hold the room and challenge participants with kindness and joy.

When participants come with a willingness to engage, they will spend the day laughing, playing, and learning how to embrace failure gloriously.

They will feel more vulnerable, open, and courageous as individuals, and more connected, trusting, and resilient as a team.

No performance experience or aptitude is required.

Clowning + strategy.
Growth + change.

Testimonials

  • “Evie is genuinely one of the most accepting, welcoming and supportive teachers I’ve ever had. She finds such joy in every moment and is therefore extremely present with you when she’s teaching. Her listening skills and open nature makes for an incredibly engaging environment that’s free for questions, play and conversations. Alongside this, Evie is very intelligent and grounded with a wealth of experience, knowing how to hold the room and facilitate all discussions from the whacky ones to serious ones. I frequently reminisce on sessions I’ve had with her and itch for more. Each class was always planned out with a specific structure and reasonings for each exercise, leaving you with a well-rounded understanding of why you did the tasks and what you can learn from it. From someone who originally winced at the thought of clowning, I hand-on-heart use her techniques everyday to help me fail proudly, because failure is inevitable and there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. It has made me so much more free in all aspects of my life and I’ve shared her teachings with so many people, from toddlers to the elderly. Who knew saying “Oh well!” could have such an impact? Everyone has a clown in them and Evie will help you befriend it. She puts the “Laugh” into the holy trinity of  “Live, Laugh, Love”. Get into a workshop with her — best thing you’ll ever do.”

  • “Evie's teaching and facilitation was incredibly effective in helping us strengthen our collaborative skills and trust in one another. She encouraged us to find fun in our failures and that  enabled us to feel truly free in everything we did without risk nor limitations. Prior to the sessions, I was struggling with a pervasive feeling of 'falling behind' but with Evie's assistance and facilitation, these doubts were shed as she helped me to not focus on everything going correct and to instead find the joy in simply attempting something, free of doubts. Moving forward, our collaborative spirit has been incredibly strong as Evie's teaching has helped us to rediscover the fun found in simply being present and among people.”

  • "Evie is an extraordinary facilitator who brings a rare combination of precision, playfulness and deep emotional intelligence to her work. When we began working together, we were navigating complex challenges around collaboration, trust and how to hold space for bold, messy ideas — and her approach through clowning and improvisation completely shifted the dynamic in the room. What could have felt exposing or uncomfortable instead became energising and liberating, thanks to the care and clarity she brings to structuring her sessions. The impact has been both immediate and long-lasting: stronger connections, braver creative choices, and a shared language around play that continues to shape how we make work together."

FAQ

  • Our HQ is in London. Workshops are available in London, across the UK, and internationally.

  • Sessions combine clowning, improvisation, and simple physical exercises to build presence, trust, and creative thinking. Learn more about our methodology and philosophy here.

  • In this context, we are not talking balloon animals or squirting flowers. Here, clowning is a way of working that focuses on presence, responsiveness, and how we relate to others in real time. We’re not necessarily teaching people to perform or be funny. The clown is a framework for paying attention — to yourself, to others, and to what’s happening in the room — and responding honestly in the moment. Learn more about our methodology and philosophy here.

  • Most workshops are designed for around 20 participants. Smaller groups are recommended for leadership sessions (approximately 10), and we can adapt depending on your team.

  • Yes. All sessions are shaped around your team’s dynamics, goals, and any specific challenges you’re working through. Learn more about our methodology and philosophy here.

  • A clear, open room that allows participants to move freely — ideally without desks or fixed seating. If you don’t have a suitable space, we can deliver the workshop offsite and support with sourcing a venue. Submit a booking request here.
